This bloom simply pulled me into it and required me to take the time to setup my micro lens. Follow inside this bloom with me.

The gradient of light and color is captivating.

Moving inside the pattern on the creamy walls of the inner petals are like landing lights.

These photos were all taken with a few minutes or each other the light being intense overhead sunlight. The camera body is my Nikon D7100. The lens the AF-S Micro NIKKOR 40mm 1:2:8 G
