Yes and the skill experience and support that the person delivering the PD has. Good PD is expensive. I was fortunate to work in a district that is very well funded. Teachers were able to receive graduate credit hours for some of the longer online PD courses I offered and also CEUs for their state re-certification so they had incentives to participate fully. They also had me as a resource in their classrooms after the PD to either model or monitor how they implemented the strategies and resources. I know from your writing you care a lot about your students. That is a great offering to them. I wish you and your district well.
